Check in/Check out

Check in is after 2:00pm. Any guest arriving before this time will be accommodated according to availability.
Check out is by 12:00pm. Any checkout after 12:00pm will result in the guests being billed for an extra night’s accommodation unless they have previously confirmed a late check-out with no additional cost.

Hotel Reservation Cutoff

Attendees must call in by August 25th, 2014 to receive the “Synergy” discounted rate. Hotel will not guarantee availability or rates after the cutoff date.

Hotel Cancelation

Individual Cancelation Policy: Any cancelations received between 15 and 2 days prior to the date of arrival, will incur first nights room and tax only. Cancelations received within 2 days of arrival date (as well as no-shows and early departure) will incur cancelation charges equal to the entire stay.

Vehicle Parking

The hotel has indoor parking for a fee of 30 € per day (VAT included), is not necessary to book in advance.

Transportation to and from the Airport

*By Car/Taxi (15 minutes):

Leaving the airport, take B-17, direction Barcelona.
After 5 km, follow the signs B-20, Ronda de Dalt (blue).
Exit the B-20 at exit 11 (Les Corts - Zona University)
Drive 200m on the right hand side of the Diagonal Avenue and take the second turn on the right.

*By Train/Metro (40 minutes):

Take the train to Sants Estació station.
From the station, take the metro line number 3 (green line) to Zona University

*By Bus (40 minutes):

Aerobus shuttle bus service (A1) links Barcelona airport to the city center. Catch the Aerobus directly in front of the airport (all 3 terminals).
Get off the bus at Plaça Espanya (first stop). Take the metro line 3 (green line) to Zona University (2 minutes walking distance from the hotel)
