One word tied all of the messaging at this year’s dynamic Business Builder Conference together: transformation. From product marketing and business positioning, to physical and mental transformations – attendees were the first to witness Synergy’s unified strategy that will push the North America market into a year of momentum and success.
Synergy is an Elite Health company. Through ProArgi-9+, heart health, core nutrition, fitness, weight management and personal care, we have the ability to help consumers everywhere reach their pinnacle of health.
It all began with tours of the new Hughes Center for Research and Innovation. The Hughes Center’s brilliant team of scientists spoke candidly about the types of tests that are carried out in the center’s labs and the lives they hope to change as a result. This transformation in the quality assurance process puts Synergy WorldWide above the rest. It’s vitally important to the company that consumers see real results when they take Synergy products, and there is no way to prove these results without human testing.
Conference attendees then settled in for three sessions of inspiration and information that will give them a competitive edge as they take on the next year. The entire conference revolved around new business building concepts that will streamline and unify Synergy’s messaging in North America. Synergy leaders, along with its executive corporate team, developed a unified duplication system that’s based on two platforms – Elite Health and Elite Wealth.
For years, Synergy’s focus has been heart health, while many of its other quality products have taken a back seat. Today, Synergy is much more than just a heart health company. We pride ourselves in our product offering. We know that we have effective cardiovascular products – but we have so much more to offer. Now, we have opened our product focus to Elite Health. Synergy is an Elite Health company. Through ProArgi-9+, heart health, core nutrition, fitness, weight management and personal care, we have the ability to help consumers everywhere reach their pinnacle of health. The Elite Health platform widens our product appeal so that consumers can choose their area of desired focus.
The Elite Wealth platform was introduced as a financial roadmap for Synergy business builders to follow. Now, for the first time in North America, we can explain how to earn $500 in your first three months of business in a simple manner. A major component of the Elite Wealth platform is the Elite Honors Club – a new recognition piece that incentivizes Team Members to build in a systematic and duplicable fashion. In addition, Synergy launched the Go Elite Promotion to put additional cash in Team Members’ pockets for becoming Elite Honors qualified and maintaining their highest title each month*. Now, there is a concise and very specific pitch of how to duplicate success in your organization. Sponsoring Team Members and maintaining a pool of customer volume each month is critical to your success. Look for additional communications and trainings on this in the future.
Before parting ways, attendees put on their best suits and dresses for dinner, entertainment and recognition. New Emerald Executive David Johnston was recognized on stage for the legacy he has built with Synergy over the years. The long-awaited SLMsmart 90-day Challenge results were finally revealed with tear-jerking videos of the completely transformed finalists, each of whom said the SLMsmart Challenge helped them enjoy life more and discover a renewed sense of confidence. Applause and cheers erupted as the finalists accepted their grand prize checks, which was a triumphant end to Business Builder Conference 2015.
